The Quijote Arena is located on a 21,000 m² plot the Council has ceded to Ciudad Real Handball Club. It can hold 5,259 spectators. It was inaugurated on 28 December 2003. The pavilion is the sporting headquarters of Ciudad Real Handball Club.

The Quijote Arena was constructed to provide top quality facilities for handball fans. Its main court has 3.00 m margins and measures 46.00 x 26.00 m. Its special pressed beech wood flooring is 22 mm thick over a 10 mm thick elastic base. There is also a gymnasium, physiotherapy room, changing rooms for the first division teams, the lower categories and the referees, boxes, laundry, press room and VIP area. The pavilion is also home to the Ciudad Real Handball Foundation and the official Ciudad Real Handball Club store. The pavilion has a DAS audio system.

Season ticket holders: 3506 (2014 adults, 239 juniors, 205 pensioners, 490 supporters and 93 Amigo Sancho).

Bus: Lines 1 and 7.
Car: Take the Puertollano road towards La Poblachuela. The pavilion has ample parking facilities.
On foot: Excellent location, just 20 minutes from Plaza Mayor and less than 5 minutes from Gasset Park.

Location

It is located at the start of the Poblachuela road towards Puertollano, in front of Los Girasoles urban development and almost opposite the Paraíso hotel. A five-minute walk from the Provincial Hospital. It is the headquarters of the club.
